Deadline for port workers in Hawaii, American Samoa is Feb. 12, 2009 [TWIC]
Many port workers in Hawaii and American Samoa must have a Transportation Workers Identification Credential by Feb. 12, 2009. The cards are being issued by the Transportation Security Administration and the U.S. Coast Guard will be responsible for enforcement.
