The goal of 'Whole Building' Design is to create a successful high-performance building. To achieve that goal, we must apply the integrated design approach and the integrated team approach to the project during the planning and programming phases. Read more

WBDG Focus

Continuing Education

The WBDG is pleased to introduce a new course to the Continuing Education section—Principles and Goals of Accessible Design. This course along with the other new course—Defining, Evaluating, and Selecting Green Products—expand the WBDG CE offering to eight courses providing an introduction to whole building design concepts. All courses are AIA certified for Continuing Education System learning units for registered architects. Read more
