Video File -- Streaming (Option 1)

NOTE: The streaming video file linked above is in MPEG-4 (.MP4) format and can be viewed using the latest versions of QuickTime, VLC media player, or other MP4-compatible software.

To confirm that your software is working properly, please visit the QuickTime troubleshooting page on Apple"s website.

If you continue to experience technical problems viewing the video files, try one or both of the following fixes outlined below:

1. Open QuickTime Player
2. Select "File," "Open URL"
3. Paste or type in the URL for this file -- rtsp://streaming.cms.hhs.gov/video/formulary.mp4 -- and choose "OK"

1. In QuickTime Player, choose "Edit," "Preferences," "QuickTime Preferences"
2. Click the "Advanced" tab, then change "Transport Setup" from "Automatic" to "Custom"
3. In the popup window, set the preference to HTTP on port 80
4. Click "OK" twice

The downloadable version of this file is very large and may take a long time to download based on the speed of your Internet connection.
