CSAIL HQ is open from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, except on holidays observed at MIT. We are located in 32-G415, which is in the Ray & Maria Stata Center, on the 4th floor of the Gates Tower.Other CSAIL resources

The Infrastructure Group, also known as TIG, is responsible for the behind the scenes facility maintenance of the Stata Center, as well as providing and maintaining the computing and network infrastructure. The TIG office is also home to Mail Services which handles the Lab's incoming and outgoing mail. This website is a resource for all your computing and facility related needs. Contact us to report everything from a broken door handle to a problem with a server or email. We encourage any feedback, and welcome all to stop in room 268 any time and meet the TIG staff.
