There are two ways to access the ILR Request for Registration /
Listing form.
1. Online Information Entry - This
format
provides you with a form to complete owner and animal information while on-line.
- If you can sign for all four signatures required on the registration form,
you can complete your application online and upload photographs of your
llama.
- If your registration requires the signature of another party or parties,
you can complete the form and print a copy of the resulting form which will
help you acquire the needed signatures. This form can then be mailed to the
ILR with appropriate fees and photographs.
Please take a few minutes, prior to your first online submission, to
familiarize yourself with the items that you will need to complete the
registration. Take special note of the file format requirements if you plan to
upload your photographs.
If you have questions, please feel free to call the ILR for clarification
prior to submitting your registration form. Also, if you have problems we would
like to hear from you.
2. PDF Format
- The Adobe Acrobat PDF Format Form is identical to the paper ILR Request for
Registration / Listing Form that you would receive via USPS from the ILR office, and
cannot be altered or filled in by computer. It is for you to print on your printer and
complete by hand. The PDF format requires Adobe Acrobat Reader. If you do not have Acrobat
you can download it directly
from Adobe.
After opening the page in Adobe Acrobat you can use the 'File - Save'
feature to place the document on your own computer.
This form is provided for those of you who prefer an official appearing
form to give to new owners of your sold cria. You can aid the new owners by filling in the
sire and dam information and obtaining the necessary signatures other than the registering
owners'. Then the new owner can fill in the owner information and mail to the ILR office
with photographs of the llama and the appropriate fees. Be sure to remind the new owner that
they also need to sign the form.
As in the Online Registration Form above, print at least two copies of
the form or photocopy the form after it is filled out and keep one for your records.
