Project Learning Tree          
Project Learning Tree® (PLT) is an award winning, broad-based environmental education program for educators and students in PreK - grade 12. Volunteers & Invasive Plants: Learning & Lending a Hand    
This new e-learning Web site provides science-based, introductory information about invasive plants. The five self-study modules address the purpose and history of the Refuge System, how volunteers help in invasive plant management, how refuges manage invasive plants, and tips for community outreach. The program is part of a larger U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service program in conjunction with partners to engage volunteers in managing invasive species on National Wildlife Refuges.

The F.R.E.E. Network    
The Forest Resource Environmental Education (FREE) Network is frequently updated and contains more than 100 interactive, scientifically-sound resources for students and teachers at all grade levels to learn about forests and forest management. The network was started by the University of Minnesota and is now hosted by Dovetail Partners, a non-profit environmental organization based in Minneapolis. Project BudBurst    
Project BudBurst is designed to document when plants leaf and bloom in North America. During the campaign, scientists are asking people throughout the USA and beyond to take walks in nature to gather data for the nationwide research project to study the effects of climate change on native plants. Armenia Tree Project's (ATP) EE Program    
Based in Armenia and Massachusetts, ATP has planted and rejuvenated 750,000 trees at more than 500 sites over the past 11 years. By engaging youth in a process to understand the value of a healthy and sustainable environment ATP seeks to protect the trees we plant from exploitation.
