U.S. International Travel and Transportation Trends

This report examines recent trends in U.S. international travel overall and overnight and same-day travel for all modes of transportation. It reviews the linkage between transportation and international travel; examines changing patterns in modal shares, geography, and purpose of travel; and identifies key influencing factors. Particular attention is paid to air travel, congestion, and security issues.
