Ordering

Internet Orders: To help you find products online, product search and department links are available on the left-hand side of every page. To place an Internet order, find the items you wish to purchase and add each item to your shopping cart by clicking the item's "Add to Cart" button. You may also add items to your shopping cart using the Catalog Quick Order form. You can review the items in your shopping cart by clicking the "Items In Your Cart" link at the top of any page. Once you have added to your shopping cart all of the items you wish to order, click the "Check Out" link at the top of any page to begin the secure check-out process. If you have questions on any of our products, visit our online Technical Services Resource Center. If you need assistance placing an Internet order, please contact us or call Customer Service at 1-800-332-6744.

Phone Orders: To place a phone order call 1-800-382-8473. If you have questions about any of our products, call Technical Services at 1-800-874-4755.

Mail Orders: Please use the handy order form in your catalog or download an order form that you can print.

Fax Orders: For 24-hour convenience, fax your order toll free to 1-800-551-1128 using the order form in your catalog, or download an order form that you can print and fax, or fax us your purchase order form.

Purchase Orders: We accept purchase orders from accredited universities, governments, businesses and non-profit organizations.

Special Orders: Our vendors carry thousands of items we don't carry in our catalog or web site. Our Tech Services Department will try to locate the item you just can't find. Contact our Technical Services Department at 1-800-874-4755 or fill out our online Special Order form for all your special order needs.

International Orders: It is easy to do business with GEMPLER'S® anywhere in the world. Our Export Sales staff will work with you on any special project, with delivery and pricing information. Inquiries and orders will be handled via your choice of fax, phone, mail, E-mail or Internet.

Standard Shipping and Handling Policy Within the 48 Contiguous States: We have a simple policy. Shipping and handling charges are based on the dollar amount of your order. The rate chart shown here makes it easy to calculate. These rates include handling and apply to normal ground service for orders meeting UPS/USPS/FedEx weight and dimension standards. Orders that cannot by shipped via normal ground service are shipped via an alternate means, and you pay the actual freight charges.

Gempler's Shipping Saver: With an initial payment of $39, you can eliminate shipping and handling charges on orders placed during the following 12-months. Applies to orders shipping to the 48 contiguous states. Special orders, express and international shipping, orders requiring special handling and orders that include items shipped by motor freight are not included. GSS is for use by the GEMPLER’S Shipping Saver buyer only. For organizations with multiple buyers, a GSS must be purchased for each buyer. Specify 12SAVEPLAN with your order.
 
Shipping Policy Outside the 48 Contiguous States: For all orders shipped outside the 48 contiguous states, you will be charged the actual shipping charges. Call for a quote if sending a check. Items which do not meet UPS/USPS/FedEx weight and dimension standards are noted as such and shipped via an alternate means. You pay actual freight charges. When placing an Internet order, you may request when you check out that you be contacted with confirmation of shipping charges before your order is shipped.
 
Package Pickup: We would prefer to ship your order to you, but if it is necessary for you to pick up your order, we will notify you by phone as
soon as your order is ready. Pick up orders will be ready at our Janesville, Wisconsin warehouse within 24 hours.
 
Mailing Preferences

We occasionally make our customer list of names, addresses and purchase information available to carefully screened companies and organizations whose products and activities might be of interest to you.
