Colorado Emergency Exemptions

Colorado Pesticide Registration Query

  • The Colorado Department of Agriculture's Pesticide Section has a query site on their web page that will be updated daily so that you can determine if a product is registered for the current year. The site is best searched using Microsoft Internet Explorer. The site can be searched using the EPA Registration Number or the product name. If using the product name it is important to note that it must be the full and complete name to get a match. The use of the wild card(%) may produce an extensive list.

Colorado Pesticide Information Retrieval System

  • Contains information pertaining to pesticides currently registered by the Colorado Department of Agriculture for distribution and sale in Colorado and is provided for informational purposes only. The information may or may not include restrictions specific to Colorado. The data that supports these search features are derived from two different sources - the Colorado Division of Plant Industry Pesticide Section and the USEPA's Office of Pesticide Programs - Pesticide Product Information System (PPIS). This pesticide information is updated approximately once a month.

Mosquito Management Product Labels and MSDS

  • A database of mosquito management products (larvacides and adulticides) registered for sale, distribution and use within Colorado. The database is a collection of pesticide labels and MSDS which have been approved by CDA's Pesticide Section. This information is provided for informational purposes only. The labels were current as of June 29, 2004.

Pesticide Product Information System (PPIS)

  • The PPIS contains information concerning all pesticide products registered in the United States. It includes registrant names and address, chemical ingredients, toxicity category, product names, distributor brand names, site/pest uses, pesticidal type, formulation code, and registration status. The files located in this download area are presented in ASCII to enable interested parties to access them using a variety of database and spreadsheet software.

Pesticide Product Label System (PPLS)

  • The PPLS is a collection of images, in multi-page TIFF format, of pesticide labels which have been approved by EPA's Office of Pesticide Programs (OPP) under Section 3 of the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA). The collection contains the initially approved label for pesticide products registered under FIFRA Section 3 as well as subsequent versions of labels which have changed via amendment or notification. Labels can be searched by company number or product number.
