Ombuds ServicesThe Workforce Ombuds provides a confidential resource for exploring informal resolution of any workforce concerns raised by Lab employees, contractors, or the community. The telephone number provides a confidential and anonymous venue for getting fast answers to any work related question; providing referrals and channels reports of misconduct, fraud, waste, abuse, and other issues anonymously to the appropriate investigative agency or office. The Mediation Center provides mediation services for a collaborative approach to addressing workplace conflict with the help of trained, neutral third parties. Tech Transfer Ombuds provides an informal alternative for communication and complaint resolution for businesses or technology partners working with the Laboratory.
