Welcome to the Plans Library

The Library contains a wide assortment of plans submitted to the Division of Community & Regional Affairs (DCRA) by communities, agencies and contractors. The database contains Community Plans, Comprehensive Plans, Economic Development Plans, and Strategic Plans among many more general and project related plans (such as Water Waste Plans, Relocation Plans etc).

The Plans Library is changing and growing as a result of ongoing cooperation between DCRA, communities and agencies. Please be advised that DRCA is in the process of fine-tuning the search features in order to make the site easier to use and deliver the best search results possible. We thank you for your patience.

Please feel free to browse the Plans Library by Region, Community, Date, or Type. You can also email yourself a listing of your search results by typing in your email address in the "Email Results" field. Please note, this does not email you the plans, just the search listings. Once you have selected a search parameter, you will be able to select and view the plans and also download the .pdf file directly to your computer.
