Our hydroponic nutrient injector systems form the backbone of a hydroponic system. Small simple systems can use a tank mixed nutrient, but that becomes unworkable for larger systems.

CropKing Nutrient Injector

The Cropking Nutrient Injector System is used in drain to waste systems like the perlite dutch bucket, rockwool slab, or perlite bag systems. The three head design will inject a two part hydroponic nutrient plus an acid for pH control. The user-friendly, low maintenance unit is designed for greenhouse hydroponic plant production, and it is easily adaptable to most any type of growing system.

They come in 3 standard sizes: 2 Zone, 4 Zone and 8 Zone. Custom number of zones are also available. Requires the use of a irrigation timer or computer controller and three nutrient reservoir tanks (shown, but not included.)

CropKing NFT Fertroler

The Cropking NFT Fertroler system enables you to control the EC and pH of a recirculating hydroponic system. The two headed injection pump can inject A & B concentrated fertilizer into your tank to keep a constant EC in the recirculating tank as the plants use fertilizer and water. The separate acid pump will pump acid into the water to control the pH at a constant level.

The Fertroler comes pre-wired and assembled, mounted on a galvanized tubular steel stand. Unit requires 120v 1ph power via an outlet plug.

Unions are provided to connect to a 1" PVC nutrient feed line. A constant flow of water past the sensors in the 1" line must be maintained during operation. Includes a safety flow meter to shut the acid and fertilizer pumps down if the water flow past the sensors is altered.

Both controllers have a LCD panel with large digits indicating the exact status of the system at any time including the set point and current reading as well as a dosing light.

The EC controller has a range of 0.0-10.0 mS/cm and a resolution of 0.01 mS/cm. Accuracy at 68 deg F is +-2% of full scale. The replaceable sensor is calibrated with a one-point trimmer. The set point is also adjustable over the full range via a trimmer.

The pH controller has a range of 0.0-14.0 pH and a resolution of 0.1 pH. Accuracy at 68 deg F is +-0.2. The replaceable sensor is calibrated with a one-point trimmer. The set point is also adjustable over the full range via a trimmer.
