Registration form for CCA short courses in 2002
Several certified crop adviser (CCA) short courses will be offered starting in February. All participants must be preregistered before the day of the school. To register, complete the registration form on page 7, include your credit card information or a check payable to Iowa State University, and mail to the address on the form. Fax registrations are accepted only with credit cards. Registrations are accepted on a first-come, fee-paid basis, with each class having a limited enrollment. Registrations will not be accepted at the door. Registration information and payment must be received in our office at least five business days before the course. Courses will be taught in the Scheman Building on the Iowa State University Campus unless otherwise specified. Please check individual course descriptions for exact dates, times, and location. Some short courses are advanced and require prior training, whereas others provide basic information.
