We only have two guidelines for listings on this website. They are as follows:

1) The catfish you serve MUST be U.S. Farm-Raised Catfish - No Imported Vietnamese Basa Fish, Tra Fish, or catfish raised in China!
2) U.S. Farm-Raised Catfish MUST be a specialty or popular item and a menu choice during ALL hours of operation (breakfast excluded of course).
