Submittal and Notification Deadlines

June 6, 2008	Call for Presentations abstract due to IECA.
June 30, 2008	Initial Notification of Acceptance and Speaker Guidelines sent to speakers.
October 3, 2008	Presentations due to IECA.
December 5, 2008	Final Notification of Acceptance sent to speakers.
February 11 & 12, 2009	Presentations of accepted submittals.

Important Information

All speakers must register for the conference and pay their registration fees and any travel expenses. Speakers will receive a speaker discount on a full day pass registration. Complete details will be sent with the Speaker Packet once the abstract is accepted.

If your abstract is selected, you will complete your paper or presentation using the guidelines provided. Submission of your paper/presentation materials implies a firm commitment to present your paper at the conference. If you cannot present your technical paper/presentation, it will not be published in the Conference Proceedings.

An author may submit more than one abstract; however, one author may make only one conference presentation at the conference.
