Building and Expansion

The Linda Hall Library Expansion Project

In order to continue providing the exemplary service for which the Library is known, Linda Hall Library has completed a building project that includes additional stacks space to accommodate 50 years of collection growth, improved parking, and renovation of the current building. Exhibition space on the Main Floor of the Library has been enlarged to accommodate a Special Collections area with a glassed-in and visible Rare Book Room. A classroom for library instruction and a multimedia display are also included in the project. Architects on the project were Peckham, Guyton, Albers & Viets Inc. with construction by J. E. Dunn Construction.
