Overview
This is a patch for Hypermail, archiveing software W3C is using on W3C Mailing List Archives. This patch fixes some problem of Hypermail, and also adds some new feature.
Features
patch-0.50
patch target: latest CVS version (local copy)
- based on latest CVS version contains I18N support.
patch-0.30
- new feature: email_address_obfuscation provides new anti-spambot scheme. It keeps backward compatibility with old archive.
patch-0.29
patch target: hypermail-2.2.0.tar.gz (local copy)
- new feature: htmlmessage_deleted, it provides markuped text for deleted messages.
- new feature: escapeing code for mailto: URI (makemailcommand()) was rewritten. Now it escapes URI correctly, also it encodes non-ASCII subjects in Base64 or Quoted-Printable.
- new feature: additional_attachment_links, it adds hyperlink to inline images. It's because archiver cannot know what kind of format could be renderd by useragents. This request came from Chris Lilley.
- fixed various broken markups
- fixed various un-escaped texts, displaynames, etc
