4. Amendment to Theme Naps Original Development Agreement Proposal
Weather permitting; the paving subcontractor will begin placing the final surface layer of asphaltic pavement on Monday, Oct. 13. They expect to have one full day of paving in the eastbound driving lanes, one full day of paving in the westbound driving lanes, and about a day and a half of paving in the center turn lane.
