As you take this virtual tour of our city, remember it cannot replace a real tour of our community. This website does not allow you to talk to residents who have found Abbotsford conducive to starting a family or a business and who have learned they can be as involved in the community, or as private, as they wish.

Located in Central Wisconsin, at the intersection of Highways 13 & 29, our citizens have the luxury of being just a short distance from the cities of Eau Claire, Marshfield, Medford, and Wausau. We pride ourselves on our model Water and Sewer, Public Works, and Parks and Recreation systems. Our school system, along with an excellent staff, programs, and student achievement, prepares life-long learners to lead productive and rewarding lives in a changing world.

Our residents are proud of their community; they show their pride by participating in, or attending, our annual Christmas Parade, Independence Day Celebration, and Community Picnic.

I’m proud to say that I’m Mayor of this community, and I’d like you to also take pride in Abbotsford --- a great place to live, work, and play.
