Welcome to the North American Millers' Association (NAMA) web site. NAMA is the trade association of the wheat, corn, oat and rye milling industry. It is comprised of milling member companies operating mills in the United States and Canada and associate member companies representing the industries providing products and services to the mills. The aggregate production capacity of NAMA milling members is more than 160 million pounds of product daily, which is about 95% of the total U.S. capacity.

Recently, the milling industry has seen unprecedented prices for wheat. NAMA supports free and unrestricted markets. We believe that wheat prices will find a marketclearing range within which growers will be willing to sell, millers will be able to buy, and food manufacturers will continue to be supplied with the quality flour they require to make the wholesome grain foods consumers enjoy. NAMA members are willing to pay market prices for their wheat. Of paramount
concern to the millers is simply the availability of wheat, regardless of price.
