Picente, Jr., today announced that Oneida County has created the YouthVision program – a combination of several youth-focused programs in partnership with outstanding community agencies to bring an added focus on helping at-risk youth and young adults overcome barriers to their success.

PICENTE URGES HOME RADON TESTING
Oneida County Executive Anthony J. Picente, Jr. and the Oneida County Health Department are urging all residents to learn more about the dangers of radon gas and to test their homes for this known carcinogen during January, National Radon Action Month. 

 
COUNTY LEAD PROGRAM & SEMINAR AIDES CONTRACTORS 
Contractors in Oneida County working under new Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) regulations concerning lead safe work practices are being offered a free seminar designed to familiarize them with the new requirements and provide them the opportunity to participate in the Contractors’ Connections program.
