RIDGE ROAD BRIDGE--Be advised due to safety concerns, the City of Lackawanna will be installing a temporary traffic control system once again. The system will alternate traffic flow over the structure allowing only single lane traffic to move eastbound or westbound through the construction zone at any one time. Ingham Avenue will also be closed. The system will be in effect through the winter months and hopefully be removed sometime in early spring of 2009. | |
