Nevada Air Guard announces recipients of 2008 awards CARSON CITY, Nev. – Distinguishing themselves from a field of deserving candidates, the recipients of the Nevada Air National Guard’s 2008 Airmen of the Year awards have been announced. The award recipients will be recognized Sunday, Jan. 11 at the Nevada Air Guard Base in Reno at 9 a.m. during the Air Guard’s annual awards ceremony.
