Fiscal Year 2008 CAFR Available

On December 23, 2008, KPMG LLP issued their Independent Auditor's Report with an unqualified opinion on the June 30, 2008, Comprehensive Annual Financial Report (CAFR). The CAFR has received an unqualified opinion in each of the last six years. This is the earliest date the audit opinion on the CAFR has been issued since the fiscal year 1991 CAFR (December 16, 1991). Click to be redirected to the 2008 CAFR (2.8mb).

Multi-Use Attachment C issued for Bulletins 3.5, 5.0 and 5.5

On December 5, 2008 the Secretary of Administration issued a multi-use Attachment C (Standard Grant/Contract Provisions) for immediate use in all grants and contracts subject to Agency of Administration Bulletins 3.5 (Contracting Procedures), 5.0 (Single Audit Policy for Subgrants) and 5.5 (State Funded Grants).  This new document is intended to eliminate the confusion of having multiple Attachment C documents, each containing similar provisions.

Paperless Pay Advices Start December 4, 2008

Starting with the December 4, 2008 pay date, most employees will need to access their employee self-service account to view their pay advice. To access self-service, navigate to the Department of Human Resources’ website, click on State Employee Center, and select Employee Self-Service from the left-hand menu or click Employee Self-Service link.
