Partnership conditions
Conference partners contribute financially to the organisation of the
Conference. Their contribution is at least 3500€.
The name and the logo of the Conference partners will appear on the
conference programme that will be distributed to all participants, and
on a specific Web page on the Conference Web Site. This page will provide
links to the Conference partners Web Sites. A short presentation of their activity
in relation with e-Accessibility will be included in the on-line program.
The logos will also be displayed on banners located in the welcome area of the conference.
The Conference partners can provide flyers that will be distributed to participants.
The Conference partners will be offered the possibility to demonstrate
accessibility solutions in two different show rooms during the lunch
break (2h break):either an auditorium for 80 people, either a multimedia
classroom fully equiped with 16 computers. Presentations should last
for 30-45 minutes.
The Conference partners will receive invitations for five persons.
Sponsorship conditions

Conference. Their contribution is at least 2000€.
The name and the logo of the Conference sponsors will appear on the
conference programme that will be distributed to all participants, and
on a specific Web page on the Conference Web Site. This page will provide
links to the Conference sponsors Web Sites.
The Conference sponsors can provide flyers that will be distributed to participants.
The Conference sponsors will receive invitations for three persons.
