GUAM YOUTH LEARN BASIC EMERGENCY RESPONSE SKILLS January 4, 2009
Guam Homeland Security and the Office of Civil Defense’s Citizen Corps Program conducted a Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) Training for the University of Guam’s (UOG) AmeriCorps Program. A combined group of Guam’s youth representing the university and various high schools participated in the two (2) day course from December 29-30, 2008, at the newly renovated Emergency Operations Center (EOC) in Agana Heights.
