Now you can schedule your appointment online anytime day or night for an interview at the nearest DFEH district office to file a complaint about job-related discrimination or harassment.
(Or you can make an appointment by telephone during regular business hours Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., by calling 1-800-884-1684 (within California) or 1-916-478-7200 (outside California)…or TTY 1-800-700-2320.)

Online Right-to-Sue (RTS)
Persons represented by counsel, who wish to proceed directly to court on employment discrimination, harassment, and retaliation complaints, can now request a right-to-sue letter online.

DFEH - Equal Rights 101
A cooperative effort between DFEH & EEOC to educate the youth population regarding their rights to be free from discrimination in employment.
