City Seeks Candidates for Commissioners

The City of Garden Grove is seeking candidates to serve as non-compensated commissioners. Applicants must be Garden Grove residents, be able to serve a two-year term of office, and be available to attend regularly scheduled meetings. Commissioners serve as advisors to the City Council, providing recommendations that become part of the City’s decision-making process.
Mayor Opens 2009 with State of the City Address

Garden Grove Mayor Bill Dalton begins the new year with the annual State of the City luncheon, hosted by the Garden Grove Chamber of Commerce. The luncheon takes place on Thursday, January 22, 2009 at the Embassy Suites hotel, located at 11767 Harbor Boulevard. Registration begins at 11:30 a.m. The cost is $30 per person.
