Book Readings at SXSW Interactive 2009

From Malcolm Gladwell to Neal Pollack to Bruce Sterling, authors have always been a big part of the SXSW Interactive Festival. For 2009, we will again showcase some of the most interesting new titles related to emerging media via our new Book Readings program. Select authors will be given a 20-minute timeslot to talk about their new book, after which they will be available to sign copies of their work at the SouthByBookstore.

This Book Reading program will take place from March 13 through March 17 on the Day Stage. Presented by Adobe, the Day Stage is located next to the iF! Trade Show + Exhibition on the top floor of the Austin Convention Center. A day-by-day schedule for these signings will be posted in January. If you have questions, please e-mail interpanels@sxsw.com.

Panels marked with an asterisk(*) are those added to the lineup on Jan 15.
