Selling Your House?

If you are selling your home in Ellisville, you must have it inspected by the City.  Due to the number of  real estate transactions in the City at this time, it may take several weeks to conduct the occupancy inspection.  Please contact City Hall at 636-227-9660 to schedule an inspection as soon as possible after making the decision to sell your home.  Your home must pass inspection before the City will issue an Occupancy Permit to your buyer.  The cost of the inspection is based on the square footage of your home.  If you have 2,500 square feet or less, the fee would be $25.00.  For further information, please contact City Hall.
