Research Contracts Module

The Office of Financial Management began piloting, with the National Cancer Institute, entering Research Contracts through the Research Contracts Module (RCM) of the Administrative Data Base in Fiscal Year 1998. OFM’s next step will be to expand the pilot to other Institutes/Centers. To date, the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, the National Institute on Alcohol Abuse and Alcoholism, the National Institute of Arthritis and Musculoskeletal and Skin Diseases, the National Institute of Environment Health Sciences, and the National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute are using the RCM on a regular basis.
