EST - Maize EST sequences
TUG - Maize Tentative Unique Genes (all Tentative Unique Contigs and Tentative Unique Singlets) derived from ESTs
GSS - Maize GSS Sequences
MaizeNucleotide - Other maize nucleotide sequences (Not including EST and GSS)
Overgos - Overgos derived from maize sequences

blastn - Compares a nucleotide sequence to the nucleotide sequences in our database.
