Federal Civilian Internship Program
The Federal Career Intern Program (FCIP) is designed to help agencies recruit and attract exceptional individuals. Those selected for this program will be appointed to a 2-year internship. Interns successfully meeting all qualification, suitability and performance requirements may be converted to a permanent Federal position without further competition. This program will provide an opportunity to learn the Federal system and the chance for challenging work experiences.
