Office Services Associate, West 37th Street
To provide support in the areas of front desk operations (switchboard, reception, security), conference room reservations, clerical and record keeping functions, mailroom duties, and directing callers and visitors to the appropriate sources of information within IIE.

Program Officer: Africa, Near East, South Asia (Foreign Fulbright Programs)
Work with Assistant Director in planning, budgeting, and implementing IIE's contractual services to Fulbright Commissions, U.S. Department of State Program Officers, U.S. Embassies and other overseas agencies; carries full responsibility for managing services and sponsor relationships for South Asia, primarily Pakistan, Africa, and other designated area and country projects, and for program and policy development with sponsors; manages cost-shared programs as assigned. Works closely with other IIE offices in providing services to the Fulbright program.

Communications Assistant (International Fellowships Fund)
To assist with IFP’s communications initiatives, including publications and websites. The IFP, which is funded by the Ford Foundation, currently has over 3,300 Fellows from Africa, Asia, Latin America and Russia enrolled at approximately 300 universities in 34 countries. The IFP Secretariat unit in New York coordinates program implementation with some 25 International Partners and other service organizations, as well as the fellows’ grants administration unit at IIE.

Grants Administrator (International Fellowships Fund)
To manage IFF institutional grants, including maintaining grants reporting system, reviewing financial reports and proposals. The IFP, which is funded by the Ford Foundation, currently has over 3,300 Fellows from Africa, Asia, Latin America and Russia enrolled at approximately 300 universities in 34 countries. Program Officer, Immigration and Reports Specialist (Foreign Fulbright)
Provide operational support for services provided to grantees and other sponsor activities to meet the demands of the Fulbright program cycle. Serve as Alternate Responsible Officer and work with Senior Program Officer for Global Operations on SEVIS compliance issues. Responsible for supporting for FFPD staff in creating reports.

Program Officer, (U.S. Student Programs)
To administer Fulbright grants for a designated world region and/or country programs. To work with the Senior Program Manager and other staff on US Student Program projects, scholarships, grants and/or awards as assigned. To work with the Assistant Director in administration of on-line reports and National Screening Committee development.

Web Developer (Public Affairs)
The Web Developer will coordinate and manage the complete replacement of the Institute of International Education’s website. Principal aspects the position include conducting a review and evaluation of the current iie.org website and determining what is needed for the new site; developing a project plan for a new site (including researching and evaluating vendors and platforms, developing an RFP), and effectively managing the implementation of the project plan and budget. The Project Manager, Web Development will also help create an internal structure and process to ensure continued excellent web presence and communications. The Web Developer is responsible for initiating, managing, monitoring and communicating progress on projects and for ensuring that projects are completed effectively and on schedule. The position reports directly to the Director of Public Affairs and works closely will all other departments.

Publications Officer, Outreach & Publica relations (CIES)
The Outreach and Public Relations Unit seeks a Publication Officer to develop and produce sophisticated print and electronic publications and to oversee their distribution and to serve as editor on publication projects and act as content editor for material posted on the CIES and Fulbright Web sites.

Program Manager (PECO)
The Program Manager (Scholarship Administration) supports policy, operations, financial, and administrative activities for KAUST Discovery Scholarship and King Abdullah Scholars Programs.

Program Coordinator (PECO)
To support the global tracking of outreach and recruitment activities for KAUST scholarships. To provide administrative and operational assistance for the KAUST Scholarship Programs. To complete all assignments at a level equivalent to or exceeding internal/external standards. To contribute to divisional tasks and activities as required.

Program Associate, Program Services (CIES)
The Program Services Unit seeks a Program Associate to provide central administrative support in such areas as application processing, peer review, affiliation and pre- and post-selection services to U.S. and Visiting Fulbright Scholar Programs in accordance with policies and procedures of CIES/IIE, the J. William Fulbright Foreign Scholarship Board, and the United States Department of State. Assist in the planning and implementation of CIES events including peer review, visiting scholar events, U.S. scholar orientations and global program events. Support protocols for CIES events to ensure top quality standards in events planning, content and execution.

Program Associate, Outreach and Public Relations (CIES)
The Outreach and Public Relations Unit seeks a Program Associate to work as part of a seven-member outreach and public relations team to provide support for the production and dissemination of publications and publicity pieces. Helps write, edit, lay out and proofread publications; writes news and feature articles; provides Web content; maintains electronic and print publications files; and responds to program inquiries. Emphasis is on publications and outreach.

Sr. Finance and Administrative Manager, Professional and Global Exchanges
The PGE Executive Director (ED) supervises the IVLP and PE divisions located in 1400 K Street office. The Sr. Finance and Administrative Manager will assist the Executive Director with the administrative and financial oversight, contract compliance and new program development for the units under the ED’s direction. The incumbent will also represent the ED on IIE committees and at external meetings as appropriate.

Grants Officer
To assist the Director with the administration of grants to institutions of higher education under The Language Flagship and other special initiatives of NSEP. To manage grant award and execution process, particularly financial aspects. To monitor adherence with the terms and conditions of grants awarded by IIE under The Language Flagship and other special initiatives of NSEP.
