We seek a motivated ASSOCIATE PLANNER at our St. Louis, Missouri
location.
In this role the candidate will have the following
responsibilities:

Monitor
and approve Production contracts and grower settlements
under the guidance of the Global Crop Planner.

Manage
the process for non-forecasted sales requirements.
-
Arrange
for and follow through with purchases from vegetable seed
vendors. Includes contacting the vendors for availability
and contracting. Follows documented procedures.

Responsible for the compilation and distribution of the
availability reports.

Support
to the Global crop Planner in requirement entry and planning
system maintenance.

Review
daily exception reports that impact supply situation;
analyze and react accordingly.
The successful candidate will
possess:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Business or Economics or
related field

3+ years
experience in the Seed business or Inventory
Management/Logistics/Operational planning

Excellent
verbal and written communication
-
Good
analytical skills
-
Excellent
computer skills
-
SAP
knowledge highly desired
-
Bilingual
capability will be given extra consideration
