Help! I can't add more than one item!
If you're having trouble adding more than one item to the shopping cart, chances are you have not accepted a "cookie" from our site. How to change this varies from browser to browser, but for popular current browsers, this is the setup:
Windows/ Internet Explorer
Tools-Internet options- privacy tab:: set cookie settings
This must be set at LOW or ACCEPT ALL COOKIES
--you can delete cookies after the fact on the general tab.
Windows/ Netscape Navigator
Edit -->Preferences-->privacy & security-->cookies
set to anything but Disable Cookies
--click on manage stored cookies to delete cookies after you're done.
OS X/ Safari
Safari-->Preferences-->set lower set of radio buttons (accept cookies) to anything but never
--click on show cookies, to edit them after the fact.
If you have concerns about having cookies written to your computer, you can follow the steps to delete them after you're done shopping, and set your privacy settings back to what they were before. PLIA will not use your personal information for any purposes other than shipping your order & statistical overviews of visitor interests. Please see our privacy policy for more information.

Why Your Online Order is Safe and Secure

All of your transactions are protected by our secure server, which is equipped with special software that encrypts your personal information, including credit card number, name and address. This information CANNOT be read as it travels over the internet.

Pay by Check or Money Order
If you prefer not to send your credit card number over the Internet, you may choose to pay by check or money order. Simply fill out the order form and be sure to choose "pay by check or money order" in Step 6 of the form. Submit the form according to the onscreen instructions, then make out a check or money order for the final total and send it to us at the address below. Make it payable to PLIA. We'll send out your selections as soon as we receive your order online.

Returns and Refunds
Merchandise purchased from and fulfilled by Publiclands.org may be returned within 15 days of delivery for a full refund as long as the items are in original condition.Ý Weíll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is the result of our error (incorrect or defective item, etc.)
Items that have been used or damaged or returned more than 15 days after delivery will receive a partial refund at 50% of the itemís price.Ý We charge a 15% re-stocking fee for returns of more than 10 items.Ý BLM State Explorer CDs are non-returnable unless the CD was defective.
Refunds
We process returns and refunds for items only directly purchased from and fulfilled by Publiclands.org.Ý If you need to return an item, please email fulfillment@plia.org or call our toll free number at 1-877-851-8946.Ý Weíll notify you via email of your refund once weíve received and processed the returned item.Ý Generally, weíll issue a refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase; however, we reserve the right to make exceptions when we deem it necessary.Ý In most cases weíll issue a refund within 5 business days of our receiving your return; however, if paid by check or if in our opinion circumstances warrant it, it may take longer for you to receive the refund.
