Materials
The Center for Profitable Agriculture (CPA) offers four separate groups of educational resource materials. Many of these educational resources were developed and produced by the Agricultural Development Center (ADC) from 1998 to 2002. The following materials are available from this site:
Information sheets are developed to address specific issues involved in developing a value-added enterprise. They are primarily used as teaching tools. The information sheets have not been subjected to the same peer review process as most formal Extension publications. These documents are made available at this Web site to assist those with an interest in adding value to agriculture, aquaculture or forestry in Tennessee. Presentations and slide shows are teaching materials prepared and utilized by ADC specialists in the development and enhancement of value-added enterprises across the state. The
