SEI staff travel domestically and internationally training people in renewable energy technologies. We also work locally in schools and invite youth to SEI to learn about the wonders of solar, wind and water power.

• Solar in the Schools -- Introducing K-12 students and educators to renewable energy concepts and technologies through hands-on activities.

• INVEST - International Volunteers in the Environmentally Sustainable Technologies -- Connecting alumni of SEI's renewable energy program with volunteer opportunities around the world.

• Women's Program - Offering women's-only technical training workshops to help bring more women into the renewable energy field. Some scholarships available.
  

• Work-Trade Program - Offering qualifying participants the opportunity to work for SEI in trade for discounted pricing on workshops.
