We seek a Molecular Marker & Pathology Laboratory Manager

Main missions:

• Effective coordination of the pathology, molecular marker and breeding activities with the aim to optimize our research programs

• Supervise ongoing research and resources allowing to perfecting the support of new breeding methods 

• Maintain communication with internal and external laboratories

• Tracking and co-ordination of projects led by the Limagrain Group concerning Breeding, Molecular Marker and Pathology

• Ensure management and scientific focus of a team of 11 employees, as well as the overall management and budget co-ordination. 

Applicant Profile:

• PhD with solid proficiency in the fields of Pathology, Molecular biology, Genomics, and Plant improvement

• Minimum of 5 years management experience within an institute or private company

• Excellent level of English is essential (TOEIC 750), Spanish would be an advantage

Position based in La Costière, in the south of France.
Frequent travel to be expected. (Europe, USA, Asia)
