Your California OHV Funds at Work The winter recreation opportunities on the Sequoia National Forest are made possible through a partnership between the Forest Service and the State of California Department of Parks and Recreation, Off-Highway Motor Vehicle Recreation Division. The cooperative grants program provides funding for operation and maintenance of groomed OSV routes, staging areas, resource management, and law enforcement. Please obey all signs and closures.
