I request the following  points be implemented concerning the above 
referenced dockets:

1. Requirement for mandatory pre-market comprehensive environmental testing 
and 
    review

2. Mandatory pre-market and long term health testing for all animals and 
humans

3.  Mandatory labeling of genetically engineered products and portions of the 
same

4.  End conflict of interest relationships between the FDA and the industries 
pro-
     ducing products it regulates-in this case the companies producing 
genetically 
     engineered products.

I vehemently protest the approval and use of genetically engineered products 
without complete and long term consideration and testing of it's effects on 
life on our planet.
