Factsheets

Rural Health Facts and Native Aging Facts are two-page fact sheets that serve as a means of distributing CRH research results, among other things, in a brief format that is easily understood by policy makers and the general public.

Updates/Listserv

Rural Health Updates - This email-only twice monthly publication was established in 2006 replacing Focus on Rural Health, Rural Health Updates, EMS Updates and Tribal Health Updates. It serves as CRH’s main newsletter, distributing information on news, opportunities, publications, resources, events, staff news and a monthly feature article. The News Flash serves as a stop-gap measure with such high time-sensitivity that it cannot wait for the next publication of the CRH Update

Rural Assistance Center (RAC) Listservs provide regular updates on rural news, funding opportunities, publications and events. The RAC Health listserv is sent out twice a month with links to resources on rural health issues. The Human Services listserv comes out monthly with links to resources focused on rural human services.

Maps

The Maps section provides North Dakota state maps on a variety of rural health topics. The maps can be used in grant applications, reports and other publications.

Newsletters

Native Aging Visions is produced twice a year by the National Resource Center on Native American Aging. Serving as a resource for Native elders, the publication includes program information and updates, research results and tips for living a healthier life.

The Rural Monitor is the quarterly newsletter of the Rural Assistance Center. Each issue provides articles on a variety of rural health and human services issues.

Policy Brief

Policy briefs serve as a way to educate policy makers about pertinent rural health issues including insurance, suicide and workforce issues.

Produced through a grant from the Robert Wood Johnson (RWJ) Foundation, the RWJ Policy Briefs are results and recommendations that stem from the rural and tribal health policy forms conducted throughout the state in 2004-2006.

Flex Updates

Flex Updates originate from the North Dakota Medicare Rural Hospital Flexibility Program and are distributed on a regular basis to North Dakota's hospitals and other key stakeholders. Flex Updates contain information relevant to rural hospitals such as new initiatives, funding, legislative and other areas of interest.
Additionally, specific information related to the North Dakota Flex Program are highlighted in this communication, such as available technical assistance.

Reports
