GENERAL
The FBACF manages the funds provided to it as a
private nonprofit 501 c (3) organization for the benefit of the Ft. Bragg
Community. As such, the Foundation must comply with applicable IRS regulations,
AR 210-1, as well as its governing constitution and bylaws in the acquisition
and the disbursement of available funds. Funds are derived from a variety of
sources and are carefully managed in accordance with the laws, regulations and
the policies of the Foundation
