WATER QUALITY PLANNING
Background
It is the obligation of the United States Forest Service and the Bureau of Land Management to restore water quality limited water bodies under their management to conditions that meet or exceed standards for the protection of designated beneficial uses, and to maintain waters that meet or exceed water quality standards.
