简介
身体活动持续时间和肥胖症之间的关系,我们知之甚少。本项研究的目的,是比较持续性身体活动(≥10 分钟)和非持续性身体活动(<10 分钟)对肥胖症指标的作用。

方法
我们利用 2003-2004 年国家健康与营养研究调查 (National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey) 的体重指数、腰围数据,客观确定了 3250 名 18 岁或 18 岁以上成人的身体活动水平。在控制相关混淆变量后,我们做了多元线性回归分析,预测以下各项的体重指数和腰围:中强度身体活动 (MVPA) 的持续性与非持续性分钟数以及持续性与非持续性身体活动加速度计计数。

结果
控制混淆变量之后, MVPA 持续性分钟数和 MVPA 非持续性分钟数均分别与体重指数和腰围有关。较低体重指数和 MVPA 持续性分钟数之间的关联强度 (β = −0.04, P <0.001),几乎超过 MVPA 非持续性分钟数关联强度 (β = −0.01, P = 0.06) 的 4 倍。对于较小的腰围,MVPA 持续性分钟数的关联强度 (β = −0.09, P <0.001) 几乎是 MVPA 非持续性分钟数关联强度 (β = −0.03, P = 0.01) 的 3 倍。与非持续性身体活动相比,持续性身体活动达到了更高的活动强度。

结论

对于要提高身体活动水平,减小体重指数和腰围的人而言,非持续性地积累 MVPA,不失为一个有益的起点。但是,持续 10 分钟或 10 分钟以上的身体活动,对降低体重指数和腰围更具时效。
