簡介
儘管有不斷增多的研究將注意力放在行走作爲身體活動的健康益處,但是,對行走特異性阻礙因素的瞭解還不夠充分。本研究制定了衡量行走作爲身體活動的阻礙因素的問題,並在大學生中進行了測試。評估了因素組成、測試-再測試和內部一致性的可靠性以及這些感知阻礙因素的判別和標準的有效性。

方法
共有305名大學生參加了本項研究。參與者的平均年齡(± SD)爲20.6(± 3.02)歲,70.3%是女性。參與者回答了評估行走作爲身體活動的特異性阻礙因素的問卷。還評估了對劇烈運動、行走作爲交通方式和消遣以及參與生活方式活動(如爬樓梯而不用電梯)的感知阻礙因素。五天之後子樣本第二次完成了行走阻礙因素問卷,以便確定測試-再測試的可靠性(n = 104),並佩戴了加速度計,測量中度-劇烈身體活動(n = 85)。

結果
因素分析證實了行走問題的感知阻礙存在著三個因素:外觀(四項)、鞋類(三項)和處境(三項)。外觀和處境相關的阻礙因素顯示了可接受的可靠性、判別有效性和與身體活動標準的關係。在我們控制了劇烈運動的阻礙因素後,行走的外觀和處境相關阻礙因素解釋了客觀衡量的中度身體活動的額外變化。

結論
考慮外觀和處境相關的阻礙因素可能可以提高對作爲身體活動的行走,尤其是無系統的自發性行走的預測。對行走的特異性阻礙因素的評估,對以行走作爲身體活動方式爲目標的干預措施可能具有重要含意。
