Laboratory Director Michael Anastasio and the directors of Sandia and Lawrence Livermore national labs are scheduled to testify before a senate subcommittee today in Washington, D.C.
They will be joined by Tom D'Agostino, administrator of the National Nuclear Security Administration, in testifying before the Senate Energy and Water Development Subcommittee. According to an agenda for the meeting, the lab directors and D'Agostino are speaking about the Department of Energy's 2009 fiscal year budget request.
Anastasio, Livermore Director George Miller, Sandia Director Tom Hunter and D'Agostino are scheduled to speak beginning at noon, Mountain Daylight Time.
