Fremont-Winema National Forests

Bly Ranger District:
SeCoy Private Road Easement

Fremont-Winema National Forests’ Supervisor is proposing to grant a private road easement to Todd and Ann SeCoy to provide access to their property adjacent to lands on the Bly Ranger District (map attached). The applicant has requested use of an existing forest road that comes off Forest Road 3673-169. The Forest Service does not have legal access from Highway 140 to Forest Road 3673-169 so the impact to public access is expected to be negligible.
