Allenbaugh Private Road Easement

The proposed route is along an existing, native surface road, reaching Mr. Allenbaugh's private property. The Forest Service would have to identify any road operation or maintenance measures needed for the protection of the adjacent National Forest land. Title 36 Code of Federal Regulations 212.6 (July 1, 2005 edition) addresses the policy in granting access to assure effective protection, management, and utilization of adjacent private lands
