Shipping Charges - U.S.
All orders under $30.00 and all orders from individuals must be prepaid.  For normal delivery to U.S. addresses (including U.S. territories), please add $5.00 for the first book or report and $1.00 for each additional publication.

International Orders
Prepayment must be received in U.S. dollars, either by check or credit card (fax or phone; please do not email credit card information, as we cannot guarantee security).  

-For Canadian addresses via U.S. airmail, please add $6.00 for the first book or report and $3.00 for each additional publication.  For non-postal service delivery (courier), add $12.00 for the first publication and $4.00 for each additional item.

-For all other foreign addresses, please add $15.00 for the first publication and $6.00 for each additional item. The order will go out via U.S. Airmail. For delivery by courier, please call or email ACEEE_Publications@aceee.org for required charges.

Rush Orders
Express delivery is available; there is a $5 rush fee plus the charge for Overnight, 2-day, or 3-day service via UPS or FedEx, and the package will be sent out the day you call. Please call (do not email) for required charges. If you do not call (202-507-4000) to tell us you need it rushed, your order will be sent via regular delivery, which usually takes 2-3 weeks.

Bulk Orders
Discounts are available on bulk quantity purchases of a single title (ACEEE titles only; no distributed product). Prepaid shipping is actual shipping charges FOB Washington, DC. Call for required charges.

Standing Order Plan
We offer a 20% discount on ACEEE titles to standing order customers. When you place a standing order, you will automatically be shipped and billed for all future editions of the particular book you have ordered. Call for details.

Sales Tax
All orders shipped to the District of Columbia will be charged 5.75% sales tax if not accompanied by a Certificate of Exemption.
